This book really surprised me. I didn’t know much about the Bhagavad Gita before, but Nand Narine explains it in such a simple way that I could actually understand and apply it. The advice about managing senses and finding purpose really hit home for me.

It’s not too preachy or complicated—just practical and really relatable. I’ve already started paying more attention to what I eat and how it affects my mindset. Definitely worth reading if you’re into yoga or just want to live more intentionally. Excited to check out his other books now!
